Dr. Paul Haduck is a Board Certified Osteopathic Specialist specially trained in Family Medicine. He provides Family Medicine Services to people of all ages.
I grew up in the Chicago area and in 2014 completed my Medical Residency in Marquette, Michigan where I still reside. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years. As a doctor, I have served local Upper Peninsula communities for the last 12+ years. I am board-certified in Family Medicine and specialize in and am passionate about Rural Emergency Medicine. I feel very lucky and proud to have an opportunity to serve the Munising area at the highest level.
I grew up here in Munising and, for all but a few years, have lived here my entire life. My wife and I both graduated from Munising High School and went on to get our Bachelor’s degrees from NMU together. I went on to Grand Valley State University for my PA degree after gaining an interest in medicine while working as a medical assistant at UPHS Marquette Pediatrics during my undergraduate career. During my PA schooling, I was able to gain valuable experience working in the Emergency Department at Munising Memorial Hospital. Once I graduated, my wife and I wanted to return to Munising as we love the community and people here. I returned to Munising Memorial Hospital at the first opportunity I got and am now able to provide Family Medicine services to the community I know and love. My passion in medicine is caring for people and no place in medicine has more opportunity for that than primary care. I am especially interested in healthcare as it relates to mental health, gastroenterology, and pediatrics.
I am a born and raised Yooper. Originally from Curtis, I went to high school in Newberry, and obtained my bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University while also working as a CNA in a variety of healthcare settings. I was accepted into Grand Valley’s Traverse City Physicians Assistant (PA) program, which is designed for healthcare professionals who want to work in rural areas in northern Michigan. My goal has always been to provide healthcare in the Upper Peninsula, and my PA program provided the perfect opportunity to be able to return home. I finished my clinical training here in the UP and had a variety of rotations including family medicine, surgery, ER, mental health and women’s health. I am very excited to be home in the UP and to be able to provide healthcare to this wonderful community!
