Dr. Conway McLean is a podiatric physician practicing foot and ankle medicine in the Upper Peninsula. He has lectured nationally on surgery and diabetic care, and was a speaker at the largest podiatric medical conference in the world.

Prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2017 Melissa has held the positions of Human Resources Director, Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Medical Staff Coordinator and Personnel Manager. First a graduate of Superior Central High School and then a graduate of Bay de Noc Community College with an A.A. in Business Administration, she eventually earned a Certification in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute in 2006.
More recently, in December 2015, she achieved a B.S. degree in Business from Northern Michigan University. Currently, Mrs. Hall will attain an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from North Central University in the fall of 2017
Wendy came to MMH in November of 2015 after five years as Comptroller of Upper Great Lakes Family Health organization and several years as Chief Financial Manager at U.P. Association of Rural Health. She has also worked in accounting for Blue Cross and for Marquette General Hospital. Ms Rautio is a graduate of Ishpeming High School and a graduate of Northern Michigan University with a B.A. in Accounting. In December 2016 she attained an M.A. in Business Administration from NMU.
Christi has 17 years’ experience at MMH, initially starting as an RN on the medical staff and for the last 10 years as the Compliance Officer. Ms. Salo earned a B.S. degree with a psychology major in 1995. She obtained her nursing education at Bay de Noc Community College and passed the licensure test to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); she soon qualified to take (and pass) the stringent examination to become a Registered Nurse (RN). She was promoted to Chief Nursing Officer in 2016 and has excelled in this position as well.
